Porporino has championed projects for renowned networks such as Amazon, Discovery Communications, and A+E Networks, showcasing a dynamic portfolio.

A significant milestone in his career was his instrumental role in reviving Discovery Channel's beloved American Chopper show in 2018. More recently, Porporino masterminded Hoffman Family Gold, which had its premiere on Discovery Channel on March 25, 2022. Hoffman Family Gold has become a staple in Discovery’s programming, entering the third season in 2023.

Porporino has produced projects for Amazon, Discovery Communications, and A+E Networks. Porporino played a pivotal role in the reprise of Discovery Channel’s hit show, American Chopper, in 2018. His latest project, Hoffman Family Gold, premiered on March 25, 2022 on Discovery Channel, and went on to become the highest rated cable show on a Friday night.

Jeff Conroy

Award-winning television producer (including 3 Emmys) and creative executive on 1,500+ episodes and 50 television series across 15 different networks. During his tenure at Original Productions, Conroy rose through the ranks from Producer to Show Runner, to Executive Producer and President heading all creative teams.   Notable projects include hit shows Deadliest Catch, Axmen, Ice Road Truckers, Storage Wars and Jay Leno’s Garage.

In 2015, he partnered with digital media leader, Sarah Bernard, and renowned factual producer, Thom Beers to found BoBCat, a multi-platform production company. Under BoBCat’s banner he produced the 2019 Slamdance Opening Feature, Ski Bum: The Warren Miller Story which went on to win the audience award.  Additionally, under BoBCat, he produced for cable networks, streaming services, and branded content. Noteworthy projects include The American Farm for History Channel and Mark Hamill’s Pop Culture Quest for ComiconHQ.

Justin Insalaco

In 2009, upon joining the ranks of the police force, Insalaco recognized an urgent need for digital transformation within law enforcement agencies. In response to this necessity, he pioneered Guidant Systems - a mobile software engineered to foster digital interoperability among local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. This innovative solution was effectively utilized during high-profile events such as the 2015 RNC and DNC, as well as the 2016 Presidential Inauguration.
